This Google Analytics API error indicates that you are referencing an invalid view ID. The view ID is the number that appears beside the view in the Accounts wizard (Analytics Edge connector for Google Analytics), or in the Google Analytics web interface when you click on the account selector at the top.
If you are using a cell reference, check to make sure you have not moved the cell in the worksheet, and that it has the correct value.
Note that for the Google Analytics Pro connector’s Bulk Queries, the “view_id” rows lists the view ID with a “ga:” prefix (ga:81608701).
