Analytics Edge add-ins are installed with both 32-bit and 64-bit versions, but only one should be enabled at a time — the one that matches your version of Excel.
The installer will automatically determine which version of Excel you have installed, but sometimes it gets that wrong (if you have upgraded or installed multiple versions). The result is usually an error message.
The right answer to the dialog is No. The wrong version has been selected and Excel cannot run the wrong version (hence the error message).
To fix the problem, go to the Excel File > Options menu, Add-ins > Go… button, and uncheck the wrong version and make sure the right version is checked. Note that the default version for Excel’s installer is 32-bit (an old compatibility decision), and I strongly recommend you install the 64-bit version instead.
