Excel worksheets can hold a limited number of rows, and you have more data that there is room.
If your worksheet is in compatibility mode (.XLS file extension), Excel is limited to 16,384 rows. Re-save the worksheet as a .XLSX file type.
If you have more than 1 million rows of data, consider writing it to a CSV file, or filter the data and save portions of it to separate worksheets.
