Use this panel to perform manual refreshes and to setup scheduled refreshes and automatic backups.
First Refresh – the very first time you refresh, the app will download 16 months of data. This process can take a long time depending on the properties being loaded. Refresh status will be listed on the right side.
Scheduled Refresh – the app will automatically schedule a refresh at 4:00 AM local time using the computer’s built-in task scheduler. The computer must be turned on and be logged in (screen lock activated) for it to run. If there is an error during a scheduled refresh, a text document will open showing the refresh log with the error as notification.
Refresh All Clients – triggers a data refresh for all client databases. This is useful if you do not use the scheduled refresh — incremental refreshes are quick.
The table lists all available client databases. On each row you can trigger a refresh for that specific client, turn on/off automatic backups and turn on/off scheduled refresh.
Data Sources for Client – when you select a client row, the data source for that client will appear in the list bellow. Selecting a data source allows you to refresh only that data source. You can optionally delete previously loaded data on or after a specific date — this is useful if there was a problem with the data source that has since been corrected.
